Wonderful actress. taken way too soon
ОтветитьIn my eyes she was one of the most beautiful women that ever lived
ОтветитьWell done liz I watch you every day love the show. 💜🧡💚❤️💓♥️
ОтветитьDick york made the show. He was better dramatic actor than she ever was.
ОтветитьThe unfortunate 80's hair.
ОтветитьA Beautiful Woman and Actress!! So Sad Elizabeth died young. R.I.P 🙏🙏
ОтветитьElizabeth starred in a TV remake of Bette Davis' "Dark Victory". I love the original - but at a point of hopelessness Elizabeth had my heart bursting and tears erupting. Brava, Bravissima!👏🎉 👏
ОтветитьElizabeth was a beautiful lady, the perfect model of a 1960s housewife. But she sure stuck it to Dick York!
ОтветитьI love her sense of humor but she was bored. Basically, Samantha’s storylines was done. She was happily married to a mortal man and with two children of her own. There was nothing else the writers could do. That’s why she kept playing Serena because Serena was single and liberated. It was Elizabeth’s decision to end the show over the summer hiatus because ABC still wanted the Series for 2 more years. Also, noticed she did not mention Dick York’s name at all. This is very puzzling to me. She does not have to like him but she should at least give him the credits for success of “Bewitched.”
ОтветитьACTUALLY A TRANSGENDER ACTOR FACTS FOLKS FACTS WITCHCRAFT
ОтветитьWhat a beautiful icon of tv
ОтветитьShe was WITTY, AMUSING & BEAUTIFUL ❗️🫵
ОтветитьI love u so much my sam❤ I miss you😭
ОтветитьShe looks different somehow and yet still very beautiful and charismatic
ОтветитьIn a special called ELIZABETH MONTGOMERY: A BEWITCHED LIFE, is here on YT, in eight parts, her son William mentioned what Liz said here about never winning a "Mother Of The Year Award". Well, he totally disagreed. According to Herbie Pilato, who knows her kids, said that they adored their mother, as did Foxworth's kids.
ОтветитьBeautiful kind and gentle soul, great actress in both comedy and drama, humble to a fault, and gone too soon. I've missed her greatly.
Ответитьwhy didnt this pendragon witch do more interviews??
Ответитьi believe that I am the biggest fan of bewitched and for your information is not her nose that she tested it her upper lips the only time she twest her nose it the cartoon one however I wach bewitch even before I learn English my family came to the united state of amezing American in 1966 ✨⭐ 8 people all together came I was 13 at the time and I learned English very early because I was yeang and a person learn a language easy when one is yeang.
ОтветитьWhat kind of a Moron would dislike Elizabeth Montgomery?
ОтветитьWhat was the appeal? Her, she was the appeal. The humor was great but she was wonderful in the show.
ОтветитьExcept for her last husband the others used her. One gambled their fortune away and cheated on her. And she never suspected! What a jerk he was! And to hurt her!
She loved her father. He loved his daughter. She sought a copy of him for a husband. She never found such an honorable man.
Her father was a good guy and highly respected actor.
Realize this: when she married her third husband she wanted to stop acting. He brought Bewitched upon her. 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
Elizabeth Montgomery the greatest actress and person from beginning to end. Life wouldn't be the same without her being Samantha Stevens and her nose twitch. ❤
ОтветитьI love her softness, her femininity. One just doesn't see that from Hollywood as much these days.
ОтветитьI swear she was so pretty
ОтветитьShe was fantastic and beautiful and talented and poised!
ОтветитьShe was the best. So professional, kind, intelligent.
ОтветитьSamantha IS Elizabeth. That statement is so true. The things that Sam did Elizabeth did at home, painting something around the house, painting a picture, gardening, and like Sam, Liz, according to her eldest son, was an excellent cook.
But one of Liz's interesting comments is that, she was never bored, in all eight seasons, and she learned so much, like going to college. She also said the same thing in another interview. That two-part interview is here on YT.
There are those, who have done BEWITCHED documentaries, have expressed the opinion that Liz was bored by season eight. But she did want to move on. As Bill Asher said, BEWITCHED had run its course and television had changed.
Her parents wouldn't let her go to a movie until she was eight. They felt it was better that she go out and play, just like a lot of other parents. ❤
As I watched the interview, I got the feeling what a sweet person. Her smile was genuine, not forced. Her children would probably disagree with their Mom. Based on what her son and daughter said, in the 1999 A&E special, their Mom would always go and see her kids, no matter when she got home from work. Her son William said that she would always talk with them. He said, on the weekends, it was all about her family, just like her own dad did, when she and her brother were kids. Her daughter, Rebecca, said that she missed her Mother's voice.
Finally, Elizabeth seldom spoke of BEWITCHED, until the late 1980s, when Herbie Pilato met with her for his book THE BEWITCHED BOOK (now BEWITCHED FOREVER). Because of the book, she let her guard down a bit. Liz was very private. She was proud of BEWITCHED and the cast, and they loved her. As an example, Pilato wanted to interview Dick Sargent and David White. They wouldn't speak to him unless Liz was involved. She arranged for a telephone interview with Sargent and a surprised face to face meeting with David White at Elizabeth's home. This shows how much love and respect they had for her. Pilato would go on to write Elizabeth Montgomery's biography.
😘❤️
ОтветитьI'm so happy to listen to Elizabeth talk I wish she was alive so she can see the zillion of people that still love her 💋🌹✨🙏⭐.
ОтветитьWhat a Class actress who was funny and smart
ОтветитьThis interviewer comes across as a complete dork. You have to wonder why no interviewer ever had the cojones to ask Elizabeth Montgomery why she hated Dick York, whom everyone else seemed to love and admire?
ОтветитьLots of plastic surgery.
ОтветитьI love her ❤
ОтветитьBlasphemes “Jesus Christ”…. Was in a show about witches where most of the cast died horrible deaths younger than they should have died… I wonder where she is now…..
ОтветитьA very candid interview - shame about the awful contrast. She was the consummate professional; a lesson no doubt learned from her Father.
ОтветитьGeez I miss her I watch the show over & over never gets old😊
ОтветитьGeez I miss her I watch the show over & over never gets old😊
ОтветитьShe really nailed the role of Samantha Stephens.
It is one of the rare exceptions where I find it extremely hard to separate the character from the actor.
Since the uploader of this video is too inconsiderate to type in the date of this interview, I Googled it myself. It’s 1992
ОтветитьThis person was not a good human being
ОтветитьSimply bewitched. Never unbewitched.
ОтветитьOdd to mention Maurice Evans (12 episodes as her father) and Paul Lynde (10 episodes as Uncle Arthur), while totally ignoring the Darrins/Dicks (York and Sargent) .? Nevertheless , amazing actress, and still one of the best comedies in television history.
ОтветитьDid anyone else notice in the lower left hand corner a little animal of some kind⁉️
ОтветитьMiss her she was best
ОтветитьI don't know what she did that so captivated me. I could never take my eyes off of her. Yes I thought she was beautiful and still do, but I saw something in her eyes that totally took my heart and soul. I believe we were blessed with a truly beautiful soul and spirit.
ОтветитьI do not know what this is doing on my channel but I would NEVER watch this woman. She was greatly responsible for a whole generation of children believing that witchcraft is alrght when it touches and destroys your whole life. Please take this off of y channel. There is no such thing as a good witch.
ОтветитьI'm guessing this was in the mid 80s. Does anyone know for sure what year this was?
Her father, Robert Montgomery, was 100% correct on the vile institute acting/Hollywood is.
So eloquent and so beautiful.
ОтветитьWhen was this interview?
