2023 Genesis G90: Luxury Sedan Stunner!

Wow Genesis isn’t playing around. Lexus needs to get their stuff together like now.

These days Genesis are the cars that turn my head when they go by.

I have test driven many different cars and SUVs in my time . If I bought a Hyundai it would definitely be a Hyundai Genesis G90. I actually recommended the Hyundai Genesis to a neighbor once... Beautiful Emme being my passenger in the Genesis G90 would be Heaven on Earth..... Literally!!!.... I Love You Emme... 😍🥰😘🤗💜💜💜....

The new G90 really is a beauty. And if it looks good in the video, I can't wait to see what it looks like in-person - if I ever see one. I don't believe that I have seen any G90's on my city's streets before.

This is a hard car to pin down, one min it looks an over styled mess and then it looks good, as it does here. I don't understand the point of them showing the car without hard details for the U.S. market. It needs more than the standard Genesis 375hp TT V6. It shouldn't even be a second thought to offer the higher output V6 here. Why all the mystery?

I test drove and considered buying the earlier version of this car in late 2013 or early 2014 when it was called the Equus. I thought it handled and rode quite nicely and the quality was excellent. It seemed quite a bargain too - the list price of the top Equus version that I drove was in the high $60K's or low $70K's but it was offered to me at a hair under $50K. That was for a new car. My main disappointment about the Equus was the limited rear seat leg room which wasn't enough to use the leg rest while the front passenger seat was occupied. Not realizing that, I nearly injured my ankles when I deployed the leg rest while the front passenger seat was unoccupied but in a rearward position. It appears that the latest short wheelbase version of the G90 still has this lack of rear legroom. Why not import the long wheelbase version of the G90 to address this issue? The long wheelbase version shouldn't have to cost much more. I ended up buying a different new vehicle in early 2014 that had far more legroom for the rear passengers which allowed both of its rear seat leg rests to be fully deployed while the front seats were occupied. If Hyundai wants to make a decent showing in the U.S. market with the G90, then it should do it right and offer the long wheelbase version.

Hello Roadshow! Even though this G90 look good I love it. While the engine choice, power output, and pricing are still a MISTERY I still think it's a quite amazing vehicle.

I'd get this over the Lexus LS, Audi A8, & BMW 7 series in a heartbeat. And I feel like this looks more distinct and unique than the S Class.

That is a bench seat in the back. The center armrest is just huge so it looks like it is a 2+2 set up. It does lift up.

I would love to see a hatch version of this g90.

It looks great but, in this segment, it’s all about brand. People who buy car in this segment want to make a statement. You can’t do that with Hyundai. I think this car is amazing but my opinion is irrelevant since I’m not a customer for this car.

Fantastic design.

The "best" part about this vehicle, besides the car itself, is the price. The South Korean's are showing BMW, Mercedes and the like (the U.S. has nothing) that they can build superior cars for less. Gee, what a concept--giving the customer more for less.

They would be crazy to go over 6 figures 87,000 maybe 89,000 max fully loaded with freight and as good as it is this is still last years fully loaded s-class. I like it but lets be honest if its over 100,000 everyone is going to get a s-class or l-series. Genesis biggest strength is the value once you hit over 100,000 you dont care about value anymore you want the best and to show off.
