ОтветитьI am going to try this. I subscribed recently and have been having trouble following your videos as they move fast and when you are trying to look at the screen and do the actions it gets confusing but this looks simpler to start with.

ОтветитьThought I’d gone soft, the exercises seemed way out of my league , I had no sound on then I realised I was watching it at 1.75 speed lol gave me a good laugh and a workout lol 😂 I did put it back on normal speed to do the workout 😂
