Thanks very much, Josh. Appreciate all the knowledge. I don't see the Koch polish listed in the Items List. Do you sell on your site? Also, as far as electric polishers, what is your recommendation for a first purchase? I know you have done lots on this but just a recommendation would really help. I would like something middle of the road for sure so that I don't outgrow quickly. Also, I bought the Uber Flex house recently and that is a gamechanger. The length and quality is really great. Huge change and improvement. Which I got it sooner. Thanks again.
ОтветитьGood info! I would love to do some of that but it's a chemical solution maze. And I'm thinking those partially filled 100ml Ceramic Co.o2 bottles are more related to expansion of profit margins as there's no way it needs room to expand 33%! :)
I tried to checking prices on the KCx website but it's a mess trying to find anything.
Can the microfiber towels be reused that were used to wipe the ceramic coat or are they a one and done cause the product won’t wash out?
ОтветитьHello Josh. Awesome video and lots of info. Thanks for taking the time to make it . I have a question that I have never seen answered. I have a vehicle that has striping on it. How do I polish over this area without stripping off the striping itself? Do I hand polish that area and then apply the ceramic coating over it? That’s what I have done in the past and it has faded over time. Just wanted to see if there is another way? Thanks . Keep up the awesome work and videos that you provide.
ОтветитьAnother great video Josh. I love learning how to take care of my vehicles from you. I’m not in the business but I enjoy taking care of my vehicles. But since I live in Las Vegas, I don’t get much detailing done on my vehicles June through August, lol. It was 120 2 days ago!!Keep up the great work.
ОтветитьWould you ceramic a 10 year old car?
ОтветитьBeen watching this channel since I started a year ago, I’ve been a huge fan of KCX and almost only exclusively use KCX products and imjoshv is definitely the best content creators out there for knowledge, videos always make sense, and have helped me tremendously in my detailing journey. So…Thank you for this content. I bought the ceramic, and fingers crossed I win that trip!
ОтветитьAye josh, make a review for the new Hart 6 gallon 175 psi Air compressor
ОтветитьIf the car is a new purchase do you think all these steps are still needed or do I have a small window to just ceramic coat the car? Thanks
ОтветитьCan this process be done outdoors if you are a mobile detailer?
ОтветитьFrom start to finish, how long does it take to wash, clay, and apply ceramic coating? Obviously it “depends” on condition of paint…. 6 hours?
ОтветитьGreat video and instructions!
ОтветитьHello, JoshV! Last time I contacted you from Instagram, but you haven't replied to me yet😢
ОтветитьJosh, What’s your opinion or have you used any of the Dr. Beasley products?
ОтветитьA big thank you to all for this great video!!!
ОтветитьHow many pads did you use to polish the whole truck? Or do you clean them after every panel?
ОтветитьToo easy!!
ОтветитьReally enjoyed your video, thanks Josh 👍😁
ОтветитьI know they have good products but they are so expensive.
ОтветитьInteresting to know I am within 2 hrs of a headquarter... That training sounds amazing..
ОтветитьBeen going through your videos the past few days and just want to say thank you for posting quality vids packed with info, but still right to the point. I've been looking at pressure washers for awhile now, mainly for home car detailing and few odd jobs around the house. I went with the Ryobi 1800 based on your review as well as a few others, not to mention having a few other Ryobi tools in the garage. Have a few upgrades on the way including a Flexzilla garden hose and pw hose for the aesthetics. Wife said I was spending too much on knives and watches, so I figured this is neither, so she can't get mad, right? I do have a question for you. I also got an AstroAI cannon. I initially thought it had a 1.1 orifice, but after a closer look it's apparently a 1.0. Will that change anything too much or would you recommend switching out to a 1.1?
ОтветитьHey Josh sorry to ask a question off subject here but what wash would you recommend for a semi? Something with alkaline to make most of the task at had easier. TIA
ОтветитьJosh, I'm local in SD and I emailed your dtlrsupply shop, but no one ever got back to me. I just emailed you again. How do I get ahold of you?
ОтветитьGreat video. Very informative.
ОтветитьGreat video Josh and I do mean great I have said it more than once I do wish I had found your channel before I did you have taught this old man a lot and I thank you
ОтветитьNever got a chance to ask Casey when i saw him but what type of clay sponges are those rated as, med or heavy?
ОтветитьJosh, are the towels reusable, or use once and toss out, like the applicators?
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьHey Josh, you have any links to get the M302 polish?
Ответитьnice video. if your car has been ceramic coated but its been a year or two , is the prep process the same ? do you strip off old coating first? what would you use for that? do you throw throw away your micro fiber cloths since they have ceramic coating in them? enjoy your channel, keep up the good work.
ОтветитьThis was super helpful! I always look to learn from experts and I learned a lot especially for efficiency. What a cool tip about patterns! Do you prefer clay bar or clay mits? What time a day do you recommend for an outdoor ceramic coating? Great content as always!
ОтветитьJosh, love your videos. What do you do to take a high you find after you have ceramic coated?
ОтветитьNice video josh 👍
ОтветитьAs much as you think this might be redundant information , for the new guys and up and comers, this information is priceless....thanks
ОтветитьKoch Chemie is certainly a quality, well-known product, but their ceramic coating really flies under the radar. I didn't even know they had one, honestly.
75 ml though? I don't completely use a 30 ml bottle of coating on two cars. Unless you've got4-5 cars on deck to coat, you're going to be wasting product and money. Maybe KCx will offer a smaller bottle in future.
I have gotten vehicles polished locally and they look full of swirls and Ive never had them not burn thru at one point or another so I was afraid of evers touching a polisher, but your videos and some others really boosted my confidence to try it out and I did a 3 step polish on a truck with alot of waterspots that had been baked for years, but the truck had 30k miles with a tricoat candy type paint . And I managed to get so mucho gloss and smoothness out of it, waterspots completely gone and I followed up with a 9yr Ceramic Coat which went fantastic as well. Thanks for bring us thru all the steps and making us understand the process so much better.
ОтветитьLove this video! Great video
ОтветитьNice video Josh Vandervall!!!
ОтветитьAfter the ceramic coatings can a vehicle be left outside during the 24hr period or should it be left inside for that time of curing?
ОтветитьWhat pressure washer was being used for this video?
ОтветитьGreat video thanks Josh!!!
ОтветитьI really do appreciate this video! I want to start offering coating services but I’m scared of screwing it up
ОтветитьJosh you are using the expensive products but you should have a table full of them. Like watching your vidoes
ОтветитьThis is great. I’ve been using a hybrid wash lately….i find it gives me the same results but saves time. Any reason not to use it under these circumstances?
Ответить
