I don't want ricjes.. im not askimng much.. I do my part I work to have a better relationship. Until now I'm 40, I still have been in a romantic relationship😭, What is wrong with me? I do my best ro imrpobe. I try to be confident and not to be so needy. Even if I show up ok in a connection it still ends up me not being chosen or rejected

I don’t think I can have love because I just cannot forgive the pain it seems too deep for too long from too many no matter how deeply I want love❤
I have tried so hard for so long.
Repeated betrayal and broken trust from childhood first from your main caregivers just sets you up for repeat failure with other relationships throughout your life
Sone sounds cannot heal I wish I can fix knows I’ve tried so many ways 😢💔
I feel so stuck and have adhd.
Living in and trapped in much violence and survival and Unsafety . I feel such grief deep in my chest. I can’t heal it.

Even if you find the love in yourself for yourself and for others and you behave very lovingly and peacefully towards them they still find a way to hurt or dissapoint you which makes the whole process of finding and keeping love very fragile.I'ts so so exhausting to keep up the peace and love in relationships which makes it not worth it at least for me

True, people hold on to grudges as a protective blanket, remembering past hurts so they wont be taken advantage of again. There is a fine line between completely letting go and remembering the wisdom learnt from past hurt

I don't understand the difference with overcoming the emotion/forgetting the past (what Dispenza says) and escapism (as if you can't allow yourself to feel the negative emotion). To me that seems like supressing emotion that is bound to come up one day. Did I hear his words wrong or can someone please explain? :-) thank you

I can attest to every word Joe has spoken. A traumatic experience cornered me and in order to survive made me realize I’m neither my emotions or thoughts. I woke up. Since then, the immense love and Life energy is pouring through me, and my only task is to remove the obstacles to love that I have allowed to build inside of me. There is nothing more important in your life than doing this. Once you awaken your true self, everything else false in place as you see everyone as part of you. ❤

Its alway a joy listening to Joe Dispenza, but this conversation is the best I've ever watched. Pure joy.

We don't love ourselves and/or others until we awaken to who we truly are. We can have very conditional attractions, but these turn into hatred very fast. To love, one has to wake up to one's true reality and that does not come at asking or forcing. We make ourselves available by means of self inquiry and then it is up to Grace. When the veil is lifted, we realize that there is no subject or object of love, there is no us or another, but love that we are all a part of.

"this is the difference between knowing the path and walking the path". I am learning the narrative of the path that I have been walking for over 20 years without knowing.
