Wow great 3D visualization...
ОтветитьNot sure how anyone can handle that much responsibility. Hats off man.
ОтветитьI find humor knowing that this bridge was invented many decades before the safety vests on the workers in this rendering. They’ll spend a gazillion dollars to make two gazillion dollars but it didn’t occur to them that a little visibility might save a few thousand lives, though I’m not sure how they would help the guys at the top of the GGB. I don’t think there was much air traffic back then.
The above is just humor. The GGB is a beautiful marvel of engineering and this is an awesome video depicting such.
Is Joseph Strauss' favourite number 27?
ОтветитьIt's built exactly how John Roebling built the Brooklyn bridge
ОтветитьI just cannot get over the fact that they poured a floor for the fender wall and then went under it to work.. I wonder how long it took, and how it must have felt down there.
ОтветитьThis bridge design was stolen from native American Indians who had constructed bridges long before the arrival of the white man.

My 4 yr old loves these!
i got jumpscared by the short sag dropping😭😭😭
ОтветитьHumans solution finding ability is borderline godlike. The marvels of modern technology are insane, especially considering how much we’ve progressed in such a short period of time.

ОтветитьThat's it folks, Strauss was a gigachad
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьI was there on the 50th anniversary of the opening of the Golden Gate Bridge. It was, to put it mildly, a great party.
ОтветитьAs a mechanical engineer, this was great to watch
ОтветитьMan! Mr Strauss thought of and solved every problem for us.
ОтветитьVisualization is the best way of learning.
Visualization + Engineering = Very good.
3-dimensional visualization with animation + Engineering = Perfection.
Mr Strauss is a chad
Ответитьthat small tower failure sound gave me ptsd
ОтветитьIt’s mind blowing that this was built almost a hundred years ago😮
ОтветитьThank you so much for the awesome video.
ОтветитьBuilt by gamblers and prostitution and a crazy ass engineer
ОтветитьSairang lei a chim a, suggestion ah awm ringawt
ОтветитьThat's red, not orange.
ОтветитьTHAT'S INCREDIBLE!❤🎉😅
ОтветитьThe only reason why it hasn't collapsed is because Mr. Strauss slapped the side of the bridge and said, "that ain't going nowhere"

ОтветитьExcellent.
ОтветитьI watched this video until the point where it asked if I could resolve a common sense issue like I was watching a pre-school educational video.

ОтветитьAmazing engineering. Thank you for your clever & clear video 🎉
ОтветитьYears ago I read that the towers are six inches out of parallel because of the curvature of the Earth.
