seems like a blackpilled mentality. implying all women in their 30s and 40s can't be trusted, they have "baby rabies" and will do whatever to lock it down. act fake etc. it's one thing to give a general warning about that behavior among a segment of women, it's another to make a blanket statement.

Gentlemen I know this video is 6 years old now, but I am 34. Dating post COVID is horrible. I’m desperate just to SEE a single women let alone date one. American people still don't realize how big deal is to move to USA from countries like Mexico. Yeah we don't move on donkeys anymore and there is plenty of good thinks here but the amount of money one can make here vs USA is f***ing huge, a good anual wage here starts around 200k-250k MXN, a great wage is around 400k MXN (23k USD).
So a well ducated guy making over 100k USD in United States can make a mansion in Mexico, that make the guy top 0.1% in a country like Mexico. 99.9% of woman 20-25 would date him so the guy dating a 35 old nightmare its just mind blowing. And if the guy it's from India, Brazil or a similar country the really it's pretty much similar.

From a business mindset perspective, it doesn’t make any feasible sense to be in a monogamous relationship in 2023. I will keep banging, my hot young, sexy women.

An Older cousin of mine use to tell me it gets better for men as they age. I obviously did not buy this. I turned 30 two weeks ago. I have a great apartment, I am in great shape, have two stunning cars (I love cars) and career looks great (Architect by profession but work mostly on site in construction). Its as if the roles are reversed, you as the guy become the prize! This video is very important because I also see that if I made a mistake now (getting a crazy woman pregnant) I would be screwed for life and all the progress I have made would be gone in seconds.

It's nice advice and all but with all due respect don't waste someone's time for 6+ years and then break up with them when they want to get married. make your intentions known that you ain't gonna marry them. you can tell from the first year if you wanna spend the rest of your life with this person or nah . but men choose to stay in a relationships where they don't see a future and are too childish too scared to man up and break it off .

I went through rigorous 8 years off college and had no time to date then had figure out first years of clinical medicine before I started dating at 30. I was upfront I wanted no children as I often worked 60 to 80hrs a week. I let this be known on very first date or in messages and on my profile. Legit had guy that made 250k a year tear hole in condom on purpose just because I guess he had baby rabies. I kicked his ass out and then stalked for me for 4 months and messaged me for years even after moved out area. Drs will decline women that have no kids the procedure often. I have good paying job and now that I am looking again I keep getting requests from guys in there mid 20s and no way am I being a sugar momma. It was opposite in my 20s I had guys wanted to date me but they were 90 percent guys in there 40s plus now its the opposite 90 percent are 24 to 27 it doesn't make sense why people not attracted to there age range. I want maturity, wisdom and confidence in man. The progress of continued learning, communication, respect for elders, and other things. I have dated guys make 1/3 less than me to twice as much as I make. Not all women are blood thristy baby makers looking for rich man to suck off his teat.

It's a cliche, be yourself. 30, 40? Just be yourself. You meet people by spending time around them and you spark up a relationship. Invite them to drinks or dinner. Invite a couple. Then it's less awkward as you go about. If it feels awkward, get them an uber and party with friends. Don't be awkward. Talk to them. Films are a good icebreaker. Just relax.
