Quite nice to hear your thought process behind this. Personally for me the white marble floor in the hallway is too cold and hotel like. I would have done wood flooring. If the floors were original vintage and couldn’t be changed, then I would have done a darker warmer colour on the walls with more vintage art frames. Guess I’m a maximalist lol. This is definitely minimalist cold.
But you have done a quality job overall and the client is happy so…
My favourite part of all is that the traditional style was incorporated and the antiques. Antiques always give off warm vibes.
The apartment by itself is so stunning, would have loved to see it in the old days.

I have a 48" Ilve range. It is the most beautiful stove I have ever owned and I designed my kitchen around it. I love the grace and elegance of this apartment's decor. I think the lighting plan for this home is stellar and I will be incorporating some of this into my own home. The little pot lights in the banquet and the interior rope lighting is so smart. From the crystal chandelier to the wall sconces are elements of traditional class. The color pallet and use the antiques .. Just wow...

Só beautiful but one thing missing in the kitchen is the over the range pot filler. In the USA all expensive properties have it.

The first impressions of the multiple archways into the distance is spectacular and memorable. Magnificent. Worth the effort. Excellent Interior Decorating too. Love it. Yes, I’d live there. The six steps down look like confection ice. Very clever. But not the stove top canopy. Too noticeable.
