Winter’s Back!!!

How do you keep your sleds from overheating getting from the dry parking lot to snow? I bought a 2008 800r skidoo, had to get the motor totally rebuilt from the bottom up (I got screwed...another story) but seems like my sled heats up on hard pack too easy but the shop says this is normal. My old 2003 skidoo 600 never had an issue....thanks!

Too bad they didn't offer the 3 inch lightweight track on the 146? Surprised u didn't go with the 154 to get that track, seems like that would have cranked almost like a 165, knew you were looking for a Toss around Sled though . Do you know anyone who got the 3 inch 154?

I picked up a 154 freeride turbo and I love it. So much more stabile with a 15 wide and 36 inch stance. Also with the 46s I belive the gearing is different than the 54 and 65

I don't know how anyone can afford to ride a 146" BRP product. 1 belt to a tank of fuel is WILD. What does a BRP belt cost anyway??

Great video. The only thing I would prefer is if you do put music in use the music with no singing it compliments the riding better in my opinion.

I bought a second sled, a pristine '97 Phazer Mt Lite. I justified this purchase to my wife as the perfect sled for her. She differed it to the episode of the Simpsons where Homer gets Marge a bowling ball, but it's really for him. She has since ridden it and is hooked on snowmobiling. Now we call her sled, Marge.

We waited to book our yearly trip till March. Thought was a bad idea till this last week 👌

I would REALLY REALLY appreciate if someone could provide some feedback on this.

I have a buddy who goes Snowmobiling in Montana and Idaho all the time in the mountains. I’m going snowmobiling near Vail CO for the first time next week. I’m a huge outdoors person so I might fall in love.

That said, why do people sell 1-3 year old Snowmobiles for the newest fancy thing? Can a guy buy a sled and use it for 10 years and have it still be an excellent sled or is that saying “ride for 1 hour and work on it for 2” really true?

Shocked you didn’t give Bryce a shoutout… literally the only guy left out. His channel shows a much different day. Been watching for a few years now and it’s sad to see how consistently mean you are to new riders in the group- shout out to the plumber you brought along a few years ago who was roasted -shout out to Bryce putting a can on his sled and getting roasted for it.
