Is that is possible or i should have an LLC in order to do that?

Good morning. I'd like to instruct my clients who are using QBO to access "Manage Users" to "Invite" me as their accounting firm. Is that process covered and am I still importing client bank statements with the authorization the client will give me? TIA!

hello mark...i am aspiring to work as a virtual assistant in the capacity of an online bookkeeper...so the other day i signed up for the quickbooks online free accountant version...i provided all of the required information, including my name, the name of my "to be" bookkeeping business, and the email address of that business...when i sign in to qbo, at the top of the homepage, and slightly below and to the right of where it lists the qb "logo" and the word "accountant", it shows the name of my bookkeeping businesss...my question is, is that correct?...is that what should be showing there?...or should what be showing there be the name of one of my clients?

Saw your udemy tutorial highlights.. can't afford that now. And found out your yt video. Will stick to it and will try to learn as much as possible.

I really like the way you teach; you're very thorough. I am trying to understand what we, as freelance bookkeepers, would do in total, regarding the Chart of Accounts and Financial Statements.

In the video you say that as a bookkeeper, we don’t have to do AP, AR, or Inventory, just the Chart of Accounts. But in order to have accurate Financial Statements, the account balances for these accounts need to be on the financial statements, as well as Payroll and Taxes.

If we don’t process these, then who does, or will their account balances show up in the Chart of Accounts because someone else processes them, and therefore QB will automatically add them to the financial statements?

Another concern I have is that Adjusting Entries for Accruals, Deferrals, and Depreciation need to be on the income statement. Is that something we, as bookkeepers, would process or does someone in-house do these? Where would we get the information for the correct figures?
