He needed to be remembered for more than just that 'guy' that slept on the couch of someone very very smart--Carl Sagan, a brilliant mind, with his own style and storytelling ability that helped everyday people understand very complex theories and ideas. I was fortunate enough to meet him twice in the early 70's. He was speaking, at the time he taught our class with all the other kids from all of the other schools, and I got to stay late. I went to Fairwood Elementary and the observatory that SJSU uses put on a great educational show that I saw several times in the MGM program. Neil will never ever be a Carl Sagan. His mind and his discipline are too weak. He can't really 'talk story' very well.
