Do you wish you bought a hightop?

The promaster isn't ast tall as a dodge sprinter is it? I'm looking at an extended can high roof 2009 dodge sprinter to do this same thing. What does the Frame attach to (never owned a van before don't know what's possible. Do the vans come with pre drilled holes for like shelving or whatever the company might want in it? And you just predrill your frames into those same holes and bobs your uncle or what+?
