Unarmed is back baby!

10th time nerfing Battle-Boots when It's not even a high tier nor mid tier weapon. It was always low tier people just didn't know how to play against the weapon because it was new and "annoying" to some so their solution is to call it "Broken" and "Op" to cope with the fact they just aren't good against the weapon and gaslight devs making it seem like It's op making devs unnecessarily nerf it more.

Why is bmg ruining the game by nerfing all the weapons to the point where the only good damn weapons are axe, i hate this.

to me brawl seems to be moving into a direction which relies less on strings and more on true combos, if it's not a true "orthodox" (example unlike nair gc slight previous patch) they seem to want to remove it, which is kind of cringe which intead of balancing their game properly they just force you into a more monotone playstyle

It just feels like they take all the cool shit out of the game that makes the weapons interesting

boots Slight has Slight -> Nlight and like nth else — maybe AI slight -> gp as a reaction bait if you don't think they're gonna react + wake up

Scythe Dair to wall into dair or GP used to work on 130-140 now it works on 150-160 and isnt consistent which is kinda sad since scythe already struggles to kill

anyone else feel like brawlhalla has felt slow and choppy lately or is it just me like bread and butter reads now feel like i’m doing it with my feet

Yumiko buff we take those. I said it before and I will say it again, Yumiko's orbs have a lot of potential and are very fun to play around. Been maining her since I started playing. And regarding the other changes... yeah some of them are questionable.

When the game had long strings and broken 3 hit combos, me and my friends had the best time of our lives in this game, but the pros and ranked sweats couldn't fathom the fact that a string weapon had strings when they got their dodge read. So they got to removing the broken combos first, and it was ok, removing the gauntlets 3 piece and side light -> sair from axe was ok, but the same people were still crying and they didn't stop crying, now they are removing every little string from the game. After months of crying, we get a game where anything more than 2 hits that doesn't immediately reset to neutral is removed from the game

Now that they finished taking every gauntlets combo out of the game and removing entire spears combos, Im waiting for them to also remove dlight sair and dlight dair from hammer, and then remove slight nair on axe. That should sound fair enough to everyone that agrees with the nerf

Yeah I'm ngl strings make the gameplay feel more fun. Removing reliable followups make the gameplay feel boring and watching it will prolly get boring too.

I think the game was perfectly balanced as is, maybe a slight buff to underused caracters sigs like for yumiko would have been cool but why nerfing stuff that doesnt even perform so well

I hate the direction theyre going with balance, i thought it was a 1 off mistake with blasters, but it seems like theyre slowly making every weapon shit instead of broken like a few patches ago, and the worst part is cannon players are still gonna cry about their weapons even tho its probably better thab lance at this point

I played brawlhalla last week for the first time this year. Took me a couple days to get back into it, but it does NOT feel the same at all !!!! Every weapon that I play feels nerfed. It was not the same at all !! They ruin all combos and strings! I wasn't have fun :-(

The blasters buff feels better. It’s still a shell of what it was, but I hit nair nair Nair CD recovery for the first time in a long time today. Felt good to KO early. Still needs work, but agreed that they’re not bad. Just not great.

Maybe they gonna add new combos they been cooking at head quarters and that's why they are removing stuff.

can they stop nerfing stuff i mean like we already are bored from the few same combos that we use all the time and they nerf these combos even more its crazy and getting more boring also they barely buffed my blasters and some how buffed orb ????, bro i swear orb is soo broken and ppl keep sleeping on it i am playing fate this patch 100%

i find it dumb you can't just look at the contents of all the chest i get not being able to buy them tho

Bro i got pissed when I saw the spear changes cause I like spear a lot lmao, also I hate Greatsword so getting ANY buff is ughhh. Also scythe players might be cooked bc of muscle memory. Then there’s the Azoth Nsig buff 😭 the only thing I “Loved” from this patch was the Loki nerfs

Btw azoth dlight nsig on bow is now unjumpable 😭 bow and axe going untouched is gonna mean azoth is becoming meta 💀

I have no idea if anyone else has this problem but my skill level on a weapon changes from the legends sig kit even when I dont use any sigs for example I played red raptor a ton and I just cannot use his orb for some reason I suck at orb and with most other legends too but when I play dusk orb is suddenly my best weapon by far and I have 0 idea why its not the sigs btw because I hit more reads get higher placement and when im not using sigs I do better too it makes no sense
