Loving people been there

I have lived in Botswana for 2 years and truth be told it is the worst country in Africa to live in. It is leading with the worst human rights abuses especially to immigrants but this is normally down played bcoz of being a democratic country. In Botswana you will experience Xenophobia with the term Makwerekwere everywhere you go, military roadblocks every 20 or 30 kilometers near the cities, whereby you raise up your hands holding your passport as the military search you. You might be tempted to think that the country is at war and there's a state of emergency. Very unfriendly people and especially if you don't speak their language.
Otherwise their democratic system works for them. They have well developed infrastructure courtesy of diamonds, wildlife/tourism and livestock industry, smooth power transitions after elections, low level corruption, low crime rate and low taxes compared to other African countries.

Since my Country have free Visa, I will plan to visit.

However, needing a visa to cross to Namibia is stupidity in another level in the 21st century which makes one question the relevancy of the SADEC. ECOWAS it's by far more populous, diverse and vast nevertheless its liders have successfully achieved a milestone of lifting travel restrictions. It took Wode Maya, an African TWO years! To get a visa to travel to Botswana. However, a European or American can enter the country visa FREE! Like WTF!?
