ОтветитьReally cool to see POV.
ОтветитьSo good to see some of the Atlanta gang. Funny the same time you were in Atlanta I was in powder springs Georgia.
ОтветитьLooked like a perfect day and place for FPV :)
ОтветитьVery Cool place to fly/explore. I miss the MALLS !
ОтветитьWas that the Juice!? 🧃
ОтветитьKen is my hero
Ответитьhe beats you out for vehicles.
ОтветитьNo trespassing laws on drones. Can you fly into a strangers house as long as you don't touch anything lol
ОтветитьNext time you're in the area let's fly. Gwinnett Place Mall is just up the road. It was used for Stranger Things.
ОтветитьYou are in my state! Cool!
ОтветитьHow do the Visual Line of Sight rules apply for FPV drones, in general? Obviously, there is no way you or a guy next to you outside can see the drone. I'm not 107 certified, and not trying to Karen you- I'm just curious.
ОтветитьThanks Ken! Always a good time
ОтветитьThat was very cool, showing the Free4all comparisons was a nice touch! Awesome as always!
ОтветитьCool
ОтветитьIt's only trespassing if you get caught!
Ответитьso in my state, we do have a basic law on flying drones over someone else's property that i find to be pretty common sense. its not really a trespass law its more handled as invasion of ones privacy.
so for instance suppose ken heron lives in Wisconsin like i do. suppose that every day, ken, hottie that he is, decides to sun bath out on his deck in a thong. suppose now that i fly over ken herons house. if i am flying over kens house to for instance take a picture of something on horizon, and ken is only just out there, its no problem in Wisconsin. so ken lives between me and the river. i love to take video of the river. i can fly over kens house when hes out there sun bathing.
however if i am flying over kens house because i know hes out there, and i think the world needs to see the video, its invading someones privacy and i could be fined. the exact verbiage i am not sure of but its along the lines of its not lawful in Wisconsin if you are flying over someones house with the intent of videoing them in a place they can reasonably expect privacy. so if i am flying over kens yard to get video of him naked? i hope hes at least wearing some clothing, and its against the law in Wisconsin. if i am just flying over because i have to go over his house to get to the subject, then he STILL better have clothing on, but its not illegal because i am not flying over his house to video him
of course for the coppers? intent is pretty wide open for interpretation. the idea of the rule in this case is utterly reasonable
You look like Don Moen
ОтветитьYou should have used A.I. to take those A holes talking in the background out
ОтветитьI love abandoned places... you put this together perfectly!
ОтветитьHi Ken that's a porta puppy
ОтветитьGreat entertaining video👍👍
ОтветитьKen, I read somewhere that trespassing laws don’t apply to zombies 😝
ОтветитьAs we were roaming these Malls back in the 90's, who would have ever thought that someday they would be closed and abandoned, and people would fly FPV drones through them. Heck, we didn't know what an FPV drone was back in the 90's. Great video Ken, and thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьWhat kind of headset is Charles wearing? It looks to be a DJI V2 with something crazy on it!
ОтветитьYa'll have just to much fun. I get dizzy just watching Ya'll. Love ya'll pioneers of FPV. Keep on flying my friends. With much ❤️
ОтветитьAnalytics!
Ответить🔥🔥🔥
ОтветитьWhat a shame that such a formerly beautiful place has become such a messy trash.
