Aadmi agr physically active rhe toh km se km 45-55 tak fit rhta h aur bkki rhi sena ki training voh unko aur bhi jyada fit rkh skti h. Sena me bharti ki age limit badhayi jaaye taki 25 k uppar yuva bhi maatrabhoomi sewa de ske aur khin na khin toh kaaam aayenge.

I am from Arunachal Pradesh and I want to join para sf but my height is 5.5 So is this height eligible for para sf and qualifying CDS physical requirement bcuz many of my friends r saying that my height is not enough for army and I am deeply interested in army from my heart and mind Therefore I am attempting CDS 2024 and so on...isliye sir ap kuch idea bata sktai toh bhout meherbani hogi 🤲🏻🙏🏻
