The length of the note correlates with the fact that Patsy studied Journalism in college.

That wasn’t simply a “note”.
It was an essay!

You're a handwriting expert how do you explain then that 2 other experts independently came to a near match with gary oliva. And the unknown dna evidence was also under her nails and as well as underwear. Unless that underwear was brand new and never washed there would not have been enough dna left behind that way so that makes no sense. And the fridge really? When is the last time a burglar breaks into a home and raids the fridge? Really some rather silly points. They were cleared by prosecution and the police over a decade ago not just due to dna either

Another thing. Why handwrite? If the Ramsey's wrote the note, using their computer, then printing it out would have left a time stamp somewhere within
the computer. And John being a computer guy would have known that. If They did it, it would have been time consuming to have cut out letters and paste from books. And also a trail would have been left behind with that method. The only recourse if they did write the letter was to hand write and attempt disguise the writing style. Would a former employee have written it and risked being identified by the writing, since it is clear from the note, the person(s) who wrote it had some intimate knowledge of their lives? An intruder just doesn't make sense. It all turns on the note. It is the lynch pin of evidence.

There is amazing insight into Patsy's character and frame of mind in the short novel "The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie". In this book, there is reference to a special dessert of pineapple & cream, the word "Attache" is included, and the word "possession" is intentionally misspelled, just like in the ransom note. Patsy was obsessed with this book and used it to win the title of Miss West Virginia.

In the documentary "The Case of: Jeanbene't Ramsey" the team of world class experts agreed that it was an accident that was then covered up. And by watching that documentary, it is very easy to come to that conclusion which I did as well. But to say there was no evidence of an intruder, I will only point to another documentary that stated that Jeanbene't had DNA from a white male under her fingernails that apparently matched the DNA on her underwear, contrary to the "touch" DNA test that concluded that the DNA came from a worker at the factory where the underwear was produced.
Also, there was a shoe print in the the cellar where the impression on the floor came from a "Hightech" boot. Third, there was apparently a shard of glass found
on the top of the suitcase below the window. And fourth, that apparently there were fibers found in the suitcase that matched what either Jeanbenene't was wearing or wrapped in.
Another documentary points to an intruder that suggests that a man who was found dead the day after the news conference in Boulder Colorado where the authorities were "closing in" on who had committed the crime. A person who had been an alleged pedophile where a taser, and "Hightech" boots where found in this persons home where testimony was given from people who knew this person that he was violent. This documentary points that person being the intruder, along with an accomplice.

Having said that, my opinion is that the compelling piece of evidence that pulls the conclusion towards Patsy is the ransom note, which pivots all the evidence to fit together towards it being an accident and a coverup.

I think she snuck downstairs to snrak pineapple milk bowl while burke went downstairs to sneak a peek at presents in the basement. Probably found that flashlight. He got caught because his sister was in the kitchen. She was going to rat him out he reacted by hitting her with it. He didn't mean to kill her but oops. Mom comes down cover-up begins. Jon carrying her downstairs while she writes the letter. He makes a nuce thing for extra touch. Just a guess. But if it were accidental a parent would do anything likely for her boy.

This is completely absurd. Yes, there are unfortunately some parents who harm their own children, but these are typically people with mental disorders or from criminal circles. Patsy and John were well-functioning and model citizens. To come forward and claim that Patsy killed her own daughter in the most gruesome way is completely unforgivable. Many of your so-called analysis and proofs are taken out of context and some ar fals according to experts. Yes, the letter wasn't real, it was probably meant to be. It was written with the aim of hitting John. What normal person is giving interview after interview on TV all over the world and lies and lies now for decades. And what should the motive be? No, I'm not buying it!

There is no way that after several hours went by, the daughter was taped up, tied up with an unusual knot, and then the child's body was soaked and drenched in bleach so that no genetic materials would be left about. Hmm, kind of makes you wonder? then the criminal(s) go upstairs and spend another hour writing a ransom note and re-wrote it. Any parents would have gotten up to see what is going on. nobody hardly is ever that braindead as a parent sleeping through the night. Yikes.

Many areas in the ransom note are almost word for word movie scripts. The writer was living in the movies.
Jonbenet's friend was admiring all her awards and Jonbenet said, "these are really my mother's.....(its all her dream???, Forgotten word for word, what she said).
The garote and string around Jonbenet's wrists, was all similar to something Patsy took notice of. The trophy end of the paint brush, which was never found.
Psalm 118, circled in John's Bible and the amount $118,000-.
When people live out movie scenes, its impossible to get a grip on reality.
Patsy's face came to my minds eye last night. I feel sad to the bone that all along she killed her child after watching all her interviews and tears.
Her life was not 'real'.

What if the mother was having an affair and let a man into the house secretly while her husband was there, since the house was pretty big? Maybe the girl walked in on them or she left the guy alone in the house for a while, and he killed the girl. The mother could not tell she let a guy in to the house, so she would have to cover it up. Maybe the father was innocent because someone else was there. I didn't watch the whole video, so maybe this possibility is discussed in the video already.

John never went with Patsy to get treatment for her illness.
John liked Patsy when he met her because she was a quick liar.
John didn’t participate in anything with his family like reading to the kids. Yet he loves video taping Jon Benet.

The note mentioned a specific number that they could afford to lose if they had to drop it off

After YEARS pondering this case, I came up with a theory similar to yours.

1. The Ramsey nuclear family was ALONE in that house Christmas night.
2. It is ridiculous to believe a "brown terrorist" knew who "nobody, middleman" John Ramsey even was, much less so determined to hurt him that he would travel around the Earth to Boulder, CO.
3. IF he had done this, it would NOT have been for the amount of money (not even enough to buy a 700 Series BMW) that is asked for in the ransom note.
4. As "Walter" states in "The Big Lebowski," "You need a kidnap victim for a ransom." If there actually was a terrorist expecting a ransom, he would NOT have left the victim's corpse in her parent's basement (where it would quickly be found.)
5. What REALLY happened is:

Patsy had dressed JB in her new dress to attend a Christmas party.
JB pissed her dress.
Patsy put her in the enamel-coated cast iron bathtub to clean her up.
She was speaking roughly to JB, possibly even shouting.
JB became frightened and began trying to get out of the tub.

Burke did it. His past behavior towards JB informs us. I think Patsy was a narcissist. She used JB to further her own attributes. When Burke killed JB, Patsy took total control of the situation. She was not going to let the police and courts control her remaining child and family.

Already the length of the letter just by looking at it, suggests fabrication. Too long. The longer it is, the more clues to your identity you leave behind, so you wanna make the ransom note as short as possible. Strict and to the point. To write something this long has only one purpose - to fool the police and point the attention somewhere else.

I knew the handwriting matched hers back in the 90s.
Looks like Patsys likely multiple personalities, her probable alleged affair with Alex Hunter, and a shit ton of John Ramseys money = equal Mom didn't get to ride the lightning for what she did. Given the notoriety & scrutiny that family went through up to the moment of Patsys death means no one got away with the crime and subsequent cover-up. Burke is a survivor.
No wonder his face is frozen into that fake smile, dude looks like he has autism & PTSD.
Still tragic, but, just like OJ, BIG CASH and Fear of lawyers = nothing in the way of Justice on this earthly plane.
