Sad to say, but there is no rehabilitation in prison. The purpose of incarceration is to remove the threat of safety and security from the public for the amount of time dictated by the courts, period.

Christina please do an update on Brian Coulter and Gloria Williams the case about the Houston boys who lived with their brothers dead body in the closet. Brian was convicted of capital murder and sentenced to life without parole and Gloria was just sentenced yesterday to 50 years.

He’s crying for himself not what he did to that poor old lady. My heart breaks for her, her family and the kids parents. Imagine having to live the rest of your life knowing your brought someone that can do that into this world. Having kids is a lottery. My God this is an awful one.

A criminal doing that much time getting out he will do it again but worse just to go back from being institutionalized.

I think he needs serious help and our system needs changed. He should have been placed in a proper mental help facility and likely after even a decade of serious rehabilitation he could be saved and live a normal life. As for any opposition, yes I don’t care if it is money out of my pocket to help other people recover from mental illness and live a fulfilling life. That’s what being pro life is. Yes, he took the life of another but it is our duty to uplift our peers and uphold the image we want to portray.

It’s a shame that Miss Margaret lived that long in her life may have had more years and he took it away from her. I pray for her family and pray for Gavin‘s family because it’s not easy knowing that your child did this I believe that the parents did the right thing,. If they fought and got him out on mental illness, what’s to say that he wouldn’t have done this to his own family down the road. Yes, he definitely has mental illness. I pray for his solar. I don’t think he should get out.

I'm just in disbelief that a human can think/act this way. Just like previous serial killers. HOW?! It's awful & disgusting & just so sad. It's terrifying that there are people out there like this. We walk amongst sick minded, evil spirits. But, in the name of Jesus, I pray God takes control of this & he will NEVER be allowed out of prison. Or maybe someone will take care of him while he's in there. That's sad to say, but I'd rather that happen than this kid let back out on the streets one day.

I believe he shouldn’t be released. We’ve talked about cases where kids younger than him has taken lives. Yes at 17 your brain isn’t fully developed but the details of this crime are horrid and I don’t think he should be released to the public.
