I make my tomatoe sauce thicker... And you don't mix it like she was doing it, because the meatballs will rip apart 😅 when they are not fully cooked 😂

I use dry rice in the meat mix and they come out nice and fluffy because of the rice...

We make Caldos and Posole in the summer in our home too.

I make this recipe more Italian even tho it's a mexican soup i make it mire italian style by adding Oregano to it.
