ОтветитьI really like the way you check in for proper workout positions and how you talk about which muscles we should be feeling. I do prefer your videos with a warm up and cool down. I do your workouts almost everyday.

ОтветитьHi @fitbymik! Love your workouts for at home days, but recently suffered a brutal C5/C6 disc herniation. Getting better, but would love a ‘safe’ workout! Any recommendations? Or maybe even a @fitbymik workout that’s safe for those recovering from something similar but want to get back moving again? TIA!
