Westview High School head coach under investigation, accused of slapping, shaking students

McMinnville police say they were dispatched to Linfield University at around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday to do a welfare check.

That’s when they say officers learned that there was an incident involving shaking and/or slapping athletes at a football camp.
