I think you need a "spotter" to walk inf ront and spot piles of debris that is not for mulching. Plant some flags to guide you where to stop. The mulcing is great!

The only disagreement I have... A brush mulcher is better for overgrown land because it grinds up everything ABOVE GRADE......If you cut off thick diameter brush several inches above grade, you tend to create what I refer to as "tire poppers"..... and that IS an issue with some customers if you clear land. Don't get me wrong, I understand the value of a good bush hog on the front of a skid steer or back of a tractor. Now replace it with a Forestry Mulcher and it's a whole new ball game

I want to build me a large John Deere zero turn mower with a hydraulic power brush cutter deck on it.. the same brush cutter you have on your skid steer. The only negative I see is the zero turn mower would spin it's tires . Because it don't have the power to push through it like it does with your skid steer.

Whilst I am more a greeny, I donot like to much wild anf unkept land close tfo housing which is sure a green flag for snakes. Snakes and suburbia do not mix. The unkept brush is a green flag to many poisonous creatures. Most are attractive to prey and which are danget dangerous to humans and pet animals.
I might also say slob neighbours and their friends use such natural beauty as a dumping ground.
If you want to live around natures lovely places it behoves you to keep it clean and tidy and to dissuade nature by cleaning this and not encouraging weeds trespassing trees and untidy humans and their friends, family members and animals not to invade others areas for a dump. Everyone likes a nice view but too many only like theirs and no one elses. 🎉🎉🎉.

In cases like this field where you can't see what's on the ground, is it best to raise your mower up and cut it high first and then lower it once you have better visibility?
