So I tried the recpie today but I didn't have any eggs so I thought corn starch would work. YOU NEED EGGS FOR THE FILLING, DO NOT SUBSTITUTE THE EGGS FOR SLURRY. The actual butterscotch came out wonderful though, lesson learned
