I took handle bars to the throat on aug 30 2015 this yeah and I just got out of the hospital 2 days ago I had to have an emergency surgery with a tracheostomy(which is still in) and a lot of work done to my voice box because I had destroyed it. I was wondering if these braces will save my throat from hitting the handle bars. because I want to ride again but I would hate to do this again

I received my brace today. It replaces the Leatt GPX Trail I purchases two years ago. The improvements in shape, ease of opening, and adjustability are great. One question: the additional collar and neck pads shown in your video were not included in my box. Has this change or do I need to return and exchange mine for one with the pads included? Thanks in advance!

I have been using this brace 3years.. it is awesome and works. Amazingly.. And it's comfy once you get used to it you will feel naked with out..
