I have this engine in my 2008 Taurus...110k miles and runs like new. 

Amazing people are putting this engine together. Watch the Chrysler 3.6 engine assembly and you see like 3 people the whole time.

Why did you guys put the water pump inside the engine? I have a 2011 sel 101k miles

Bad design engine those motors will never see 200k without speading thousands to fix one when the waterpump gos.

mine has 242k miles (2006 Duratec 2.3L), uses only full synthetic oil
