The Future of Holographic Technology

Well in theory if we were to have two lazers pinpoint to each other they will make a greater light therefore projecting an image but there needs to be a way a camera can project your whole body to get the 3d virtual image things are not too much in detail but we can make a hologram just not really portable 2d holograms are just projecters but dont stop at a certain point in mid air it must hit a surface we need a way just to project someone in a very small compact design though the problem is if we have multiple cameras trying to get an image it may be nearly impossible to make the image without making a messy design

Maybe 3D is such a gimmick because it enables viewing spectacular things that normally wouldn't exist in real life, but does it in, well, 3D. Perhaps it's the reason behind James Cameron's Avatar's success, and also the decline of 3D itself due to filmmakers unnecessarily adding unconvincing post-production 3D on films set in real-life places (which, you can enjoy for free outside the theatres anyway) to cash in the hype

We did once Use Holograms like in the StarWars movies but later reverted back to Holographic Displays as they had a better Reference Point when it comes to where aim the Light Beam at.#
Nowdays we acualy use a Holographic HUD as it allows for Full Translations for eveyone without haveing the need of a Language option at the Display. Thats why it looks weird for anyone else not haveing experienced a Holographic hud when somebody Types something in the Air through they actualy use a Holographic HUD. Google Glasses is the Primitive form, Nanobot Arguments the most Advanced without crossing a Moral Line of Reality Manipulation.

We do still use Holographic Displays and Normal 3D Hologramms for Comertial Uses but for Privatized or Military data eveything is based around the HUD.

Apparently you are not paying attention to DARPA announcements. We've already used a mind-control technology in war, that combines hearing a voice in one's head and seeing a hologram in the sky -- telling you to put your weapons down. The DARPA engineer to teaches at Harvard says it works great.

holograms are 2D/ 3D perspective- using "Peppers Ghost" as a hologram scam , a perspective of 5 dimensions is essential for holograms to manifest as an actual "hologram" otherwise you are not even close to creating a true hologram- Light displays are very nice
