Best movie ever 😂
ОтветитьStothers Martin. What we got here is failure to communicate
ОтветитьLove the hockey smiles on the other players….
Ответитьwhy are some wearing helmets and some not wearing helmets.
ОтветитьOne of the best sports parodies ever made-!
ОтветитьI still can't understand why Paul Newma did this movie!
ОтветитьSuch a great film, so much so that even the foul abomination that is the second one doesnt spoil the originals greatness.
Ответить3 diff 70's movie that need an update...Slap shot, Nat Lampoons Animal house & The Warriors..ur thoughts??
ОтветитьGrowing up in the 70s/80s in a middle-sized northern town with a minor league hockey team, this brings back memories! Great times cheering on the team, the bone-crushing checks, the goals, and the fights!
ОтветитьOh what a day
ОтветитьRare you can pinpoint the moment you fell in love with something, but that shot of Jeff cackling like a madman after taking down the ref was the moment I knew I wanted to lace up skates and put on the foil.
Ответить"Better playing with their toys than playing with themselves"
"They're too dumb to play with themselves"
😂😂😂
"I'm saving a dime to call Mom." 😂
ОтветитьMy dad’s favorite film
ОтветитьBest sports movie ever made!
ОтветитьThey brought their toys!
ОтветитьAnd now I know where Mike Meyers got his Austin Powers look from...
ОтветитьI live out in Big Sky country; 4 or 5 years ago I was grocery shopping on "All Hollows Eve" getting ready for the Trick or Treaters who would soon be coming to my door, when I saw 3 College Age Girls dressed up in their Halloween costumes.
They were dressed as "The Hanson Brothers", complete with their Chiefs Jerseys, slicked back hair, broken eye glasses held together by tape and of course the foil.
They looked great and I complimented them on their choice of costume.
Long live the Hanson Brothers!
I went to see a fight once but a hockey game broke out instead.
ОтветитьGreat movie, the fan bus scene pulling into town was also a side splitter.
ОтветитьThe best breakout ever by a forward, got just past the circles stops winds up and takes a clapper that is so high it leaves the rink and smokes the guy playing the organ. Hahahahaha I piss myself laughing everytime I watch that part
ОтветитьNo helmets, wood sticks, and a ruthless commitment to win! 1970's hockey!
ОтветитьThe best part was that that whole debacle was just The Hansons being the Hasons (yes. I know 2 Carlsons)...no script, just go out and "do your thing"..
Ответить"These guys are a f**kin' disgrace"...one of the, if not the best phrase in US film history
ОтветитьI challenge anyone to name one dirty thing the Hanson's did. That was just old school hard nose hockey.....Eddy Shore!!!!
ОтветитьI saw this film, and thought the violence was for dramatic effect, and then a few days later, I watched USA v Russia, and I had a rethink, and came to the conclusion, that the on ice scenes had been toned down!
ОтветитьI shouldn't laugh at this in 2023 but I will anyway. Such a great film that coudn't be made nowadays.
Ответить17!!!!!
ОтветитьThe Hanson brothers have a facebook page!
ОтветитьShot in Johnstown PA where we live. What an absolutely great claim to fame. We've always been THE hockey town!!!
Ответить"Dirty players?"
ОтветитьAnyone who's a hockey fan from boomers to gen alpha has seen this movie. Hanson bros are legends 😂
ОтветитьOne of the funniest 3 minutes in cinema history.
ОтветитьI tried watching that movie once. Totally incomprehensible since it has no story.
ОтветитьI met the three of them back in the 90s when they were doing a bar tour. Really nice and friendly guys. I still have the autographed picture that they were handing out to everyone.
ОтветитьThose hits (legal checks) are nothin' except for those at the head. I have to watch this with my two brothers again at some point.
ОтветитьThat was great
ОтветитьOne of the best scenes in all of movie history! Love this whole movie.
ОтветитьHanson brothers were my favorite part of this movie as a kid. My high school was the chiefs and we mirrored the hansons lead all the way through the 1980’s and 90’s wether on the football field or basketball court or wrestling mat. If ya think the world is more violent today, ya must not of been around for the last chapter. Lol
ОтветитьThe Hanson Brothers took care of the Minnesota Wild. Who can't?
ОтветитьI love hockey!
ОтветитьThis movie manages to be extremely violent and droll at the same time without apparent difficulty.
ОтветитьThis classic never gets old.
ОтветитьThese guys are a disgrace!! Hanson bros continue beating one guy senseless*
ОтветитьThe Hanson’s are an impressive force on the ice. Kudos.
ОтветитьI still remember the first time I saw this I was dying laughing.
ОтветитьSorry Star Wars Slap Shot was the best movie of 1977
ОтветитьSure they made the sign of the cross----I'm betting the only person they fear is their mom if she catches them not praying before a game.
Ответить
