Should I Upgrade to SQL Server 2016? (Dear SQL DBA Episode 22)

Dear,thank you for your work, i'm interesting in building HA SQL cluster over VMware ESXi  host cluster  with DRS and HA feature which will cover HW and OS availability  and SQL  will cover  HA for DB which in the end will serve a lot of use cases in the real world for business , I would like to see more in that  direction if you find it worth working on as added value in future videos.
