What if had to perform a job in a remote location without access to power? What type of inverter generator would be appropriate for this machine?
ОтветитьAmazing video!!
ОтветитьWhat’s the profit you’re making ?
ОтветитьI Am considering laser for paint removal on an aluminum airplane. How effective do you think it will be? I am concerned about what you said about the heat building up, a lot of an airplane is thin 1/16 of an inch.
ОтветитьRemove some tattoos?
ОтветитьJust paint all the tanks white !
ОтветитьHello, would you recommend this machine for someone doing body work? love your videos !
ОтветитьI have been trying to purchase one of these but my bank is concerned putting that kind of money on my paypal wallet. Ive talked to who i thought worked for sfx but when you type in sfx there are several different sfx laser companies. Then when you reach out its the same reps all the companies. Just wondering if you were able to talk to a real person. Any info you give me would be appreciated.
ОтветитьHow good of a business laser cleaning actually is? I've been doing some research, you can clean a lot of stuff, but is it actually worth it? The machines are quite expensive. Great video
ОтветитьYes! We needed this video!
ОтветитьThank you! Been wondering about this for some time.
ОтветитьWhere can I find a pdf of this book?
ОтветитьWhat country is this device from?
ОтветитьAre you using full power? My 2kW is cleaning much faster than this, but i didnt receive any sort of settings chart. Here are my settings:
Peak Power: 90%
Modulation Freq: 800Hz
Duty Cycle: 80%
Wobble Freq: 180Hz
Wobble Dia: 50mm
Wave Y Axis: 300mm
Speed Y Axis: 2000mm/s
I haven't had any issues with these settings. Speed is important to my application.
Edit: lol just got to the end. Thank you for showing the settings.
I saw your review on Amazon a week ago! Funny how I ended up finding your video here! Would love to get in touch and pick your brain if you have time
ОтветитьWhat does the frequency setting do?
Ответить+1 for that f'n awesome F4 sign
Ответитьcan use it in girth gear diameter about 5000mm and sure keep same profile
Ответитьcan it remove gums from asphalt or sidewalk ?
ОтветитьHas anyone tried this for stripping old paint on a house. Not sure how good it would work and how long the cable is to the gun
ОтветитьI see some amazing things coming in the future...
ОтветитьI have A 200 W pulsed MOPA fiber laser. It eats rust quickly. Black paint no problem. Different paints ablate differently. Red can be easy removal if it isn't very thick. Orange was a bit more challenging. is not as good. Grease being black cleans up and degreasing axels and gears works well. It also creates an unbearable odor. Never operate any laser cleaner without proper eye protection. You see videos that show and claim no eye protection is required. That is bullshit. The PPE and attire shown in this video is spot on. Using it with no fume extraction and PPE is not something to do. Fumes are noxious and you will quickly find is a terrible idea. High powered lasers like this one have their place but can damage certain substrates. Parameters are key. Great video!
Ответитьcost of this machine ?
ОтветитьVery informative! Great job! Love your videos.
ОтветитьOuch! 😂
👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👌🏼😎
2000 wut? huh? 2000 WATTS?! You have a portable death star laser man! lol too cool
ОтветитьFirst, I NEED one of those. Second, what's the best way to contact SFX and get a response? My D80 hasn't worked since I got my 60w fiber
ОтветитьMichael!!! What in the world!!!!
