The Tragic Real-Life Story of Pumpkin | Honey Boo Boo

Pumpkin IS an amazing person & she takes care of her's when she needs to. I can't imagine being that young having to handle all that she had to. Hats off to her. Also, I began watching Mama June & her girls since "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" & I watch "From Not to Hot" still. I am in no way defending June's mistakes, but going through some of the things she did in my past, I feel that it is only right to speak up for her. In reading some of the comments I noticed that people are saying things that apparently HAVE NOT watched the full episodes. In the episode where Mama June was sitting on the steps waiting on Josh to walk through the door, SHE WAS NOT THE ONE WHO APPLIED HER MAKE-UP!! IT WAS ALANA. I am not saying that June was not high because, how would I know, but I do know that she was not the one who put her makeup on. I am assuming that where her vision was so bad, she couldn't see how hilarious she looked. Pumpkin did inform her that if she wanted to win the pagent, (I think it was), to not allow Alana to do her make-up.

Ive watched how rude Lauren is to her fans buying her products. I was put off by that.

June wasted so many opportunities. She could have used those opportunities to lift her family and herself out of poverty (and poor food choices) but instead she wasted them. She lost all that weight and has gained much of it back. Then she became a druggy. Its so sad.

This show,celebrating a white trash family who appear to have no problem at all showcasing their lack of decency,morals,respect for the law&knowledge of how to properly care for a child as long as the money keeps rolling in! Gross! I have never found one thing cute about an overweight child with a big,loud mouth,who has no knowledge of correct grammar since she is simply mimicking what she hears,as well as the behavior she sees. I also find it disgusting to put a small girl in a crop top&have her gyrate to music on a stage. This is the cringiest garbage I have ever seen! This little girl is an absolute victim&I hope she gets therapy to deal with the reality of the traumatic things she will see.

My dad found this show and got me and my mom watching it. We live in Canada and we couldn't stop watching the show omg we would laugh and cringe but never missed an episode lol. Something about watching a southern backwoods family from Georgia had us hooked. I'm looking for updates episodes of the family in 2023 lol.

I was someone who felt the need to be in a relationship, from my teens to my early 30s. Then my latest long-term relationship ended, very much against my will, and I didn’t have the emotional resources to look for another one. After a few years I realised that I’d been staying in truly miserable relationships just because I was afraid of being alone. Now I’m actually not looking to get in to another relationship any time soon; I’m happy with myself, and I have more confidence. If I found myself in the positions I’d been in during my teens and 20s all over again, I wouldn’t stand for half the shit I did back then, because I have self-respect, I know I’m just as whole on my own as I am in a relationship.
