Just some random thoughts and opinions...
The way I see it, that stingray meal Jack provided would have cost the money-grubbers
about 150 bp - 200 bp, maybe more. Jack clearly led the kill with the others assisting, they should
eat for free. While the money gives the SHOW an interesting twist, the point of marooning them is
to let them learn survival on the go. The money adds an unrealistic stress in what would otherwise
be a survival scenario. The show didn't need it, it was good without the money.
Now for Miss Irene... She has pulled her weight in the periwinkle gathering and such but maybe this was
the wrong season for her to take part in. Her jellies and scones do look amazing but she would be eaten
alive had this been a real world survival situation. She is absolutely a darling and anyone would be lucky
to have her as a relative or friend, but this is a little too cutthroat for someone of her age and capabilities.
Cat has a good reason to feel betrayed, she was there when they found the money.
