I’m with @photonempress and Ryan: learning the limits of the Falcon9 refurb/reusability envelope is NEW knowledge worth perusing.
IMHO, that learning is a process and flight (failure or RUD) shouldn’t be the only datapoint dictating the retirement of an unsafe vehicle.

Starlink is ideal for testing the limits of F9 reusability. Losing 23 of those mass produced satellites is a relatively minor hit.
