I think you're absolutely right. He is the best drummer in the world. It's the all roundness that does it. I stopped trying to come up with superlatives to describe Eloy's drumming a long time ago. In a world filled with insane drummers, he still manages to stand out. It's just crazy man

My whole life as a drummer, i always thought the audience would hear any mistake i made. It wasnt until i was an adult i realized, your average listener would have noooo idea if you made a mistake. Ive been a drummer for 33 years now and im no where neeaarr as good as Eloy, but i would have no clue he made a mistake in this solo. None whatsoever 😂😂 insane talent

This is absolutely down right Filthy and disgusting!! He is by far the best drummer ive ever heard . Sepulutra was one of my favorite bands and now with Slipknot whos drummer was Joey Jordison RIP was one of my favorite bands just makes them that much better!! Eloy is a living legend!!

I'm genuinely not trying to be an arsehole here but I have to ask -

As someone with a drumming channel, aren't you embarassed to have captions in your video incorrectly translating words such as "sandrum" for "snaredrum"? There was plenty more textual weirdness besides that example as well. Of course, I realise you probably got them AI-generated, but isn't the time & effort to do your own captions (thereby ensuring some semblence of accuracy) a better option than to risk allowing your content to appear haphazard/half-arsed?
Also I'm curious (again, honestly) - Don't you break down the techniques that you're "reacting" to? And, since I've touched on the subject, you don't seem to "react" very much at all, other than to occasionally comment things that I (an occasional, plays-when-he's-intoxicated-enough, basic drummer) am already thinking to myself i.e. "They're so good" or "That's crazy".

These are perfectly valid statements to make, no argument from me there as I am usually stating the very same things, however I'm an uninformed viewer tuning in to get the benefit of someone's opinion that purportedly has expertise in the relevant field. If breakdown analysis isn't what you do here then that's totally cool, I can bounce elsewhere instead, as amongst others there's a great Kiwi guy that does superb drum breakdowns & analytical work who you may already be aware of & whose channel has less than half your sub count.
Obviously I won't name him here, as that really would make me an arsehole but I'm just really interested in the contrast in approaches. No shade, just an enquiring mind here.

Definitely my favorite as of the last couple of years but he knocked it out of the park honestly these guys today estapario Eloy just great to see them play just awesome

for me he's an example of the level that a drummer with talent and who works hard can reach,yes he has talent but I've seen people say that he trains from 8am to 6pm every day,when we talk about eloy it's not just look this guy has talent,it's someone who has been very well mentored and who has dedicated himself a lot to the art of drumming

Incredible Speed, Power, Technique, Humility, Charisma ....... and (for me) the very very remarcable thing is the MUSICAL CULTURE.
Im a old person, and i see very very lot drummers. Carl Palmer 🤩, Ginger Baker, John Bonham, Joe Morello🤩, Thomas Lang, Mike Portnoy, El Estepario Siberiano (new entry) ect ect ect ect ect.
But But Eloy's REAL musical culture is MAGNIFICENT, AMAZING, UNIQUE!!!!
