Can’t do lift flip one left wrist. Have a tendon issue and you can feel it rolling over and catching.

Great workout 💪 ❤ doing the RDLs, glute abductions, rear delt flys, superman pulses, shoulder circles, fire hydrants, and lateral raises moves the best❤️👍🙂💪

My pms is so real 🫣😖 pushed through this workout and I feel so strong. But the glute bridge and pulse had me second guessing everything 😂 anyone else?

Loved doing a strength workout again. I am absolutely noticing a difference in my body doing tier 3 with more movement and less weight but miss the heavier weights.
