So the way you prescribe things as an online trainer is by doing scheduled weekly check ins where you go over their training and baed off the data you receive you give them feedback and realistc targets they can achieve over the next week. This can be in either an email report, or video recording (doesn't have to be live over zoom?)
Clients have to hold up their end of the deal they have to track their data, workout, and follow the nutrition side of things which im kinda unsure about. Start by building healthy meals, then prescribing protein targets, then calories, and macros? Is the overall goal to get them on macros long term or short term tool? How is this sustainable long term?
