I thought the dogs bed was a new cushion for the practice, until I saw your fur baby join us 😂. Lovely practice that could have continued another 30 mins for me ❤ 🙏

Really liked ur video with all the instructions. I am new to yoga, so trying to gain that flexibility n strength. Wish I can get the control like u one day.. Thanks alot, will go through all ur videos
