APDEX : A Useful Performance Metric?

I've never used the 4x factor for calculating the frustration point and it worked pretty well. If I knew the pain point, that was my frustration threshold.
Having said that, Apdex was never my primary KPI

Thank you so much Scott and pulley . I never used it specifically when I knew about its calculation ( 4x t thing) as it’s doesn’t make sense to me to take it as a serious or important metric 😁
