And the engine can run or can't?
ОтветитьWhere i Can buy this hydraulic piston??
ОтветитьThere is no excuse for water ingress like that whatsoever.
ОтветитьThanks allot sir
ОтветитьExcellent tools nice job ,,, Mercedes Benz, Nissan,, Renault's,,, BMW, and so on ,,,, hard to remove,,,, but it's all about vehicles not being maintaining,, like old days,, before,,,💪
ОтветитьThese guys are amazing..they done my car when everyone was saying it’s impossible..
ОтветитьExcellent work, very informative & super quality video, thank you.
ОтветитьGreat video, thanks to you both for sharing
Ответитьgot to say thats the best iv seen grate job done.
ОтветитьThese guys are top notch and I can recommend them as they did my van and its run superb ever since!
ОтветитьHow much does a work like this costs for a Ducato?
ОтветитьHi nate great video. What make is romoval tool please
ОтветитьPlease come to Brighton UK and do this on my van!! 🙏
ОтветитьWhy pull them out raw, no pretreatment with penetrating fluid? That's brutal. That last one snapping could've been avoided!
ОтветитьWhy worry about changing the injectors when it's clearly an electrical problem that can be sorted by cleaning & sealing the contacts & wiring, and fixing the leaking scuttle? The electrical part of the injector is at the top and easily accessed without removal.
ОтветитьThat was a very good clear video. Thankyou.
Ответитьgreat job.
Ответитьyer good job that hats off 👍👍👍👍👍👍
ОтветитьThank you for posting this informative video.
At around the 12 minute’s mark it was decided not to apply any more pressure, to prevent the top of the injector from snapping off.
At what pressure do you decide to stop and change methods?
Kind regards, Joe.
where abouts are you
ОтветитьInvaluable detailed explanation of what's going on. Thanks a lot.
ОтветитьGreat demonstration, thanks for taking the time to show us
ОтветитьProfessional job we need more mechanics like that 💪👍👍
ОтветитьAll this new designed stuff is junk.
ОтветитьFantastic video.
ОтветитьThere are lots of stories of injector removal horror stories and tons of vans for sale with injector problems. Do you think people go at these injector jobs with the wrong gear and no idea?😮😮😮
ОтветитьWell done 👍
ОтветитьFantastic job. Coul you be so nice to tel me which drill and thread taps are you using. Thnx very much in advance.
ОтветитьHad my vivaro injectors and glow plugs done by this company a few years ago , not cheap but they did a great job , it’s a really badly designed engine and scuttle to allow this to happen.... 👍
ОтветитьVery informative video, thank you.
ОтветитьExellent video and very detailed. Thank you
ОтветитьGreat job! Thanks for detailed explanation.
ОтветитьHow did you extract the remaining portion of the injector nozzle? Clearly a portion of the nozzle was not extracted. How was it facilitated?
Ответитьthat is the Nissan engine. I have the Renault engine F9Q in my Vivaro. such a better engine to work on. i`ll never sell my 2005.
ОтветитьVery good and informative video. Thanks!
ОтветитьThanks a bunch for this video, man! Last summer, I had a huge problem with my Trafic. A mechanic saved my engine with three seized injectors. But after that, two injectors burned out, and my mechanic told me I had to change the ECU, which I did. Same issue. Today I watched your video about a bad seal, and I went, lifted the hood, removed the plastic, and saw that my middle bolt below the windscreen was missing. The gasket was burnt from age, and by the dust, it was clear where water was flowing. And that was a eureka moment. My injector connections were swimming in water all the time. Thanks for sharing your work, man. You saved my van! It has been in my family for 17 years, 88,000 km... like new.
ОтветитьWhat size tap for the broken injector?
ОтветитьGreat video!
ОтветитьSatisfying to watch
ОтветитьWhat diagnostics tool did you use?
ОтветитьCalm as a cucumber when the final injector snapped. I'd be fuming and saying There's always one!! haha. Great video I learned a lot.
ОтветитьIt's interesting to see that even in a specialty pro shop you sometimes have to make your own tool adapters with a welder. I love this kind of video, showing how bad things can get. It must be concerning to wonder if all the drill fragments have been removed from the cylinder before startup. In a general shop I suppose some would remove the head and ask the machine shop do the heavy lifting.
ОтветитьYOU HAVE THE PATIENCE OF A SAINT!!!
ОтветитьGreat video. Very well explained 👍
ОтветитьFancy a field trip to Sweden to get my Trafic running?
ОтветитьI don’t even own a Renault but I am looking to get one, this video was fantastic. Excellent work, very good mechanics. Well done 👏🏼
