Captivating Colorado Fall Hike: Kenosha Pass Trail

Hiking during the fall season is one of the best times to go on a hike, especially in Colorado! On this fall hike we visited Kenosha Pass and were amazed by the beautiful fall colors and the scenic views. This is a great trail for families and beginners as the trail is pretty laid back. It's not too difficult and is only a little over an hour from Denver.

We hiked the kenosha pass north section. The trial length is about 11.5 miles but we did about half that and had a great day. The trail is very dog friendly and shared with Mountain Bikers. This is a popular trial, we went on a Friday morning and it was pretty busy. Parking is along the main road and can be tricky-get there early!
