ОтветитьI made it and it was so beautiful and sooo good! Combination of raspberries and chocolate is classic. I just had difficulty cutting it. The second layer with chocolate was so hard because chocolate sets of course. So it was nearly impossible to cut through it. Otherwise perfection! I LOVE your channel and made so many of your cakes ! Thank you!

ОтветитьHi.. Love all the cakes that you make.. I have tried raffoello cake and apricot caramelized white chocolate cake.. Both were amazingly tasty.. But I'm sad at the fact that this cake (raspberry chocolate) didn't come out well.. I poured hot chocolate over the cake and the mousse started melting with the chocolate and it was a mess.. Should have I waited for the chocolate to cool? I think the cake is going to taste sour as there is only a thin layer of chocolate on it.. The taste wnt be balanced😔
