You inspired me to start playing tennis again after having a baby 10 months ago.

I am going to redo my bedroom soon and I am just going to buy all Hilton stuff. Fun fact, most of the hotels have online stores and you can buy everything they have in the rooms. I only use Hilton towels, I have like ten of them. LOL. I am going to do everything, mattress, bedding, pillows, linen, everything. St. Regis also has very nice stuff.

How is Sam doing?! My husband, daughter, and I had to evacuate WNC bc of the big storm and hurricane… limited resources, lack of cell service, power, water, and devastating impact on it & surrounding areas from floods and landslides. I wasn’t sure if Greenville got hit too but sending prayers if that’s the case 🙏🏻❤️

Long time fan and subscriber here! I'm a massage therapist and I will say we go through extensive medical training to become licensed in most states. I might try a massage robot out of curiosity but they are not a substitute for a real massage from a trained professional who knows every muscle's orgin and insertion. I find them to be kinda dangerous, actually.

I moved from LA to Charleston, SC many years ago. Maybe give it a try and you will be closer to Sam in Greenville.

Make sure you use a denture tablet in the ultrasonic cleaner!!!! My retainer looks like new after using it for 6 months! I took my old retainer to the dentist once to be professionally cleaned once and it didn't look any different than when I use the ultrasonic cleaner!

Those ultrasonics def work for retainers I would recommend putting a drop or two of soap (I use dawn) & a dash of white vinegar! I put it in a spray bottle! I clean my retainers everyday def works!

I just got that same cleaner for my night guard. It works great!

Hey Shelby, have you thought about one of those multi drive storages? Like a Terramaster? You can access them wirelessly (not sure how fast it would be) that way you don't have to worry about bringing your drives everywhere. TB are also cheaper compared to external drives.

I have Brooklinen percale on all my beds and in our Airbnb and get good comments on them. They are crisp! I iron the edges.

I got a massage from a popular place in Atlanta and it kinda felt good… but girl the next day my chest was so tight it felt like I was having a full blown panic or anxiety attack without the emotions?? Like my body was freaking out it didn’t hurt but insanely uncomfortable and terrifying. My back was hurting so bad, my body ached overall. Super weird.
