got V56 for 70€. loved tinkering with it, got V64 for 75€ a month later. love that too, that I’m getting another one for 60€ for luls. some games I play do unofficially work with multiple GPUs and since they are so cheap, I’ll Red Mod them both with custom watercooling parts

Die grafikkkarte amd rx vega 56 8gb werde ich bald haben. Ich hoffe sie wird nicht so laut sein wie alle es sagen. Ich spiele eh nur mit 1080p auflösung. Weis einer vielleicht ob die grafikkarte bei einer 1080p auflösung laut ist ?

Bought the pulse 56 in December 2018, still running fine. Over the years it has also mined about 1000€ worth of Ethereum so it was a good purchase.

How are you getting this much on apex mines capped at 60fps?

my damn Vega 56 ..is a Strix one with 3!! fans but on load it gets heavily hot... too hot for me tbh. like over 85 or even 90°C , thus i reduce any game until the load goes down ..but it gets so on my nerves!!! rly, it has 3 fucking fans, fanspeed even over 80 to 100%speed which is ...damn loud, just cant cool it. WTF can someone pls tell me how to fix this..

Damn the performance of cyberpunk 2077 really is all over the place especially with amd gpus, those fps even with fsr enabled are almost on the level of a rx 580 on native.

I had this legendary card back in 2020, it gets around 20 30% more performance if you undervolt and overclock it, miss the coil whine tbh

I have this PULSE model with Samsung memory, gonna bios to 64 and undervolt that bad boy

times when $400 actually give you good performance..... now $400 is non existent in amd and a 60class card from nvidia

Undervolt and overclock this card properly ! You`ll never see Watts over 140-150, and you`ll get almost the power of a 1080 !

VEGA 56 for was losing its steam in 2020 when I couldn't maintain 60fps at 1080p Ultimate in Horizon Zero Dawn.
Sold both my VEGA 56 cards for a single RX 6800 XT.

Just picked one of these up for only £72. Going in to a budget build for my daughter. I’m Thinking there’s really nothing out there that can come even remotely close for that kind of money!

zWORMz Gaming : the power consumption of these VEGA 56 / 64 cards is very hardly going to be up to their rated calculated TDP specs because these cards cannot be utilized to their full potential yet....yes even on the fastest CPU like Ryzen 7 7800X3D. Also the lack of true DX 12 API support in modern games and thus the lack of ASYNCHRONUS COMPUTING is also preventing these card to get properly and efficiently utilized. For the to be utilized in this DX 11 API surroundings, these two GPU-s would have to have at least 2500+ MHz GPU core clock in games to push those pixels faster through the pipeline.

Used RX 6600 can be found for dirt cheap and it is much better option than vega56
It's a good card, but not worth buying compared to rx 6600

I have the pulse vega 56 its been the best and longest lasting card ive ever owned but to get the best out of it you must undervolt and overclock the memory.

140 lol... rx 580 8gb is the best value for money $50 right now. lol pair it with i5 3570k 16gb of ddr3 you get yourself a good pc.

In my country rx 5700xt cost less than vega 56 in 2nd hand. So I went for red devil 5700xt and so happy with it

About that power usage. It's just AMD being AMD. Their software doesn't give you the reading for TBP (total board power). Only how much the GPU itself is consuming at that moment. You GPU is probably actually drawing 200 to 210W.

still using my vega 56 from when i bought it at launch, i dont have it flashed to a 64 bios as the last time i flashed it, it kept crashing so i reflashed it back to stock but the memory now wont oc as much as it did before the flash to a 64 bios, i might have damaged something, but its still kicking and will get me through till the 7600 or 7700

I still run my vega 56 and it does pretty darn good for 1080p, I play alot of Hell Let Loose and it runs great

pues anda que hacer un video de una vega 56 en 2023 y dejalo todo por defecto me parece cuanto menos increible, una vega 56 ajustando el ventilador, subiendo las memorias a 950, quitando todos los estados y dejando el ultimo para que funcione siempre a 1600mhz, puede ganar 10fps faciles incluso alguno mas. y por su puesto haciendo undervolt. puedes tener una vega 56 mas potente, mas fresquita, menos gasto de energia, que desproposito de video

I wouldn't bother if you play MW2 since the season 3 upgrade all vega cards have been rendered useless and the developers don't care, I'd opt for an Nvdia anyone want to do a swap?

Comprei uma vega 56 no aliexpress por cerca de 100 dólares, incrível como essa gpu ainda leva uma grande gama de jogos, se voce não for tão exigente e rodar os games em 1080p médio ou alto, sera feliz com essa gpu, preço baixo ultimamente e desempenho alto, comparado ao seu preço atual claro.
