ОтветитьI did not do this one today Very disappointed that there was a lot of lunges and squats for people to have bad knees and the one that you get down on the floor and get back up I don't see how that's good for your knees just wish you had something to modify for something like that. I want to do the workout but the lunges and all that I just couldn't do all that

ОтветитьI can't believe I was able to do it I'm so happy thank you Jesus. I'm at a fight it a lot due to some limitations from disability but I'm getting stronger I can feel it and I modified everything on the floor to a chair and the wall. Thank you so much I love the channel.

ОтветитьLoved this! Please can you do a longer cardio abs? 20+mins, 1 or 2 cardio moves then 1 or 2 abs exercises. Maybe even a cardio legs too! 😃

ОтветитьThank you for this non jumping workout. I injured a muscle on my side knee over a month ago which is healing nicely and this workout did not cause any issues. Had to be extra careful, trying to build back the muscle strength in knee.
ОтветитьI would like more no jumping workouts, 15, 20, and another 30 minutes. I am getting older and my knees are acting up and your no jumping workout is not hurting my knees. ❤
