I did not do this one today Very disappointed that there was a lot of lunges and squats for people to have bad knees and the one that you get down on the floor and get back up I don't see how that's good for your knees just wish you had something to modify for something like that. I want to do the workout but the lunges and all that I just couldn't do all that

I can't believe I was able to do it I'm so happy thank you Jesus. I'm at a fight it a lot due to some limitations from disability but I'm getting stronger I can feel it and I modified everything on the floor to a chair and the wall. Thank you so much I love the channel.

I miss this kind of exercise..but for now I'm gonna try only walking exercise..btw I'm 7months pregnant now for my third baby ..I need this exercises after giving birth 🥰🥰🥰

Loved this! Please can you do a longer cardio abs? 20+mins, 1 or 2 cardio moves then 1 or 2 abs exercises. Maybe even a cardio legs too! 😃

I did all of the exercises except the one you knead your knees. Very hard because of my knee. No repeats. Keep up the good work. 👍

Thank you for this non jumping workout. I injured a muscle on my side knee over a month ago which is healing nicely and this workout did not cause any issues. Had to be extra careful, trying to build back the muscle strength in knee.
