ОтветитьDoctor , I feel thirsty most of the time .... what I learnt is I tend to drink a lot before I go to bed ....that urge is strong .so now will try to work on the 10 hrs window from time of rising to sleep..
Also , notnto gulp post 10hrs but during the 10 hr window doesn't matter you gulp or sleep.
And yes if I drink tea of coffee , immediate need for water arises ....my body demands water the very next instant.
Also if i eat oats my body demands more water ...

ОтветитьCan you pls suggest if it's ok to have fruit juice in the morning before taking any other solid food? There is lot of controversy regarding this ,bcos some Drs suggest not to take fruit juice in empty stomach since it will cause acidity and in long term cause ulcer.

ОтветитьThanks doctor. Very clear now that water intake should be 2.5 litre from wake up up to 10hrs span @250 ml / hour gulping or sipping and sipping only up to 250 ml till dawn. Test for dehydration on the back of palm. Use water within short time after filling in plastic bottles.
