ОтветитьConfused about the activity level. Does it mean if you multiply 2425, ( which is the bmr) x 1.55 ( moderate activity) you'll get 3759.37.
What does that part mean? Do you eat that many calories that day?

ОтветитьCan someone help me understand.. for height on the graph showed 64.77 when I added his just so I can figure out if I was doing it correctly before I calculate my own macros, but he put 70.. I read in the comments it’s cause he measures it by inches but I still can’t figure it out and I want to calculate my own macros correctly. Any help would be very appreciated, thank you. ☺️
Note: I’m 5,6 and it shows 71.12 so I’m not sure if I add that or do whatever he did to get a fixed number.
Do we take in consideration and count the indirect sources of fats or protein coming from fats and protein or carbs ? ( example: protein coming fromm peanut butter or fats coming from lean ground beef or chicken etc...

For me to gain muscle I’ll need:
Protein- 160g (no problem)
Fat- 100g (at 30%)
Carbs- 365g??
Looking at my macro tracker for the day I can’t imagine eating that many grams of carbs!
