I love how they show you the right and wrong variations in just one video
The dude in the front and the dude in the back start at the same time so you can compare them with each other
It shows how important the slow and controlled movement is just as the posture itself
Thats a very nice detail I really appreciate that 👏

I get dizzy when doing deadlifts and squats and sometimes black out. I move slow and controlled going down, and maybe about 1/2-3/4 as fast as the man in the video going up. What could I be doing wrong, or what can I do as an alternative?

I normally keep the bar not even an inch from my legs the whole way down. But I find when I move it further forward I get more lower back activation

How far is he doing it here ?
