That's disgusting. People need to get evidence to mount an appeal. How can they mount an appeal if the experts involved in their case refuse to provide support. If the likes of ATOS didn't make dodgy judgments then they wouldn't need to make the appeal.

Also, the government were told that using ATOS like this would create this overload on NHS resources and GP's. The government created this problem to begin with. How are you supposed to fight a decision with no access to legal aid, no support from the professionals who know your condition? I will literally go to war with this government the minute enough people have the guts to make a stand with me.

Denying legitimate tests or exams or medical evidence for the purposeful reason of denying claims is fraud. It doesn't matter who commits the fraud.

treharris surgery is a multi million pound benefit fraud helper for friends and familys off the practice I live in this village there all dying but only on medical day but the doctors see these people in the street fixing cars and other stuff .

A doctor who refuses to help his patient does not deserve to be called a doctor.
