Never managed to lucid dream but this puts me to sleep almost every time 😴😴❤

I had realistic dream frightning but also good to know that i was dreaming after a few mins past and things changed but stayed the same if u know wah i mean .looking forward to tonight 😮

I used this the other night and had a semi-awake not-yet-sleeping dream of a white cat running up to me and head-bumping my forehead. I think that's probably a good thing!

I went in but had a hard time getting out I was in a cross between modern day and medieval village at least that was how the people were dressed. I walked up to one man and told him I want out of here and he began mocking me. I walked back into the room that I was in my dream I did encounter an evil spirit that tried to scare me. I felt something holding my wrist tightly but I could not see it and when I pulled it off then finally I was able to wake up But just before I woke I saw one of those old-school big box TVs that sit on the floor (The ones That had a wooden frame around them) and on the screen Metallica was playing but I couldn’t make out what song they were playing. Then I finally woke up, overall this was not a good experience. Please be careful (and if you’re going to do it, do it in the daytime during a nap not all night long. (and I did pray no evil spirits were allowed to come into my experience or try to contact me but they were there anyway)

I've had the weirdest dreams from eating cake with my roommate to being on a deployment to clear a road and killing a beehive. There was a message from someone above me but I don't remember it. This really works it may not be immediately but it's been a weird weekend of dreams for me.

I just seen intense colours from far away galaxies, animals I had never seen. I was floating and being guided through. What a magical experience. Gold writing on pink walls, but I couldn’t read the writing. I felt so much pressure on top of my nose, like my third eye was activated like never before to the point where it’s Was hurting the top of my nose

I've noticed when I'm lucid dreaming or in astral i can't turn on the light in my room as much as i try it doesn't work, so i realize at this point I'm not operating in the physical

i want to enter the realm on a dragon flying into the sunset and around 20 mins in i felt the breeze as if i was in the amazon air and i could hear the animals and it scarcer the absolute shit out of me so i shot up in bed im trying it again this time and hopefully i won't be scared this time lmao

This hypnosis is insanely amazing It says u suppose to meet ur spirit guide but I ended up in another world completely and I met a group of people who I was moving around with they were nice people and they told me whatever I wanted to now and that world was so much different from ours it was really amazing I spent so much time there it was so easy to get there and I managed to go there twice in one night thank u so much this hypnosis is truly the best

First lucid dream last night. I can’t control the dream though. I can control myself, but nothing else. That normal?

Idk how to explain this properly but I’ve tried to lucid dream several times now and will see this dark bulky figure stalking me from outside my window. I will unlock my door and shout for my parents but can never go further than that in the dream. It’s so odd as it only happens when I try to be aware of my dreams and it feels so real

I had a dream in a dream. I was actively trying to wake up and thought I had. But I was still dreaming!!! Wild!!

This is one of the most dynamic meditations I've ever experienced. I like how she guides in the beginning, and then leaves you alone halfway so that you can find your comfort zone and just glide through your lucid dream. Just perfect in my opinion; kind of like you stepping into a glider and the computer is telling you your trajectory, and then finally when you're on course, the computer says, "you got this, I'm shutting down now, just close your eyes, I'll come back on when you're about to land..." 😉

15 minutes in this, i literally lost sense of time and reality and i loved it

Please help. I can't fall asleep to this, I just can't. Can't relax, can't figure out how to separate my conscious from subconscious.
Seeing people say they had an amazing experience first time makes me want to cry. I've tried this and others multiple times. I always end up giving up once the voice expects you to be very relaxed.

I do want to speak to a spirit guide, but for now, I just want sleep.

im trying too but latley ive had so many bad evil dreams i close my eyes and see nothing but scary i start breathing fast and it feels hard to breath. its scary for me

So I chickened out after about ten minutes. I played some ASMR and went to sleep. I still had a piece of paper in my bra saying “am I awake?” (Forgot to take it out) Anyway I still ended up having a lucid dream. I know this because when I “woke up” in my dream my vision was blurry, hands were tingly as if i feel asleep on them. I slowly sat up and reached in my bra and instead of my note it was a message from a question I had. I even think I met my spirit guide. It was crazy!!! I knew I was really sleeping. I can’t even explain how I felt man. Like I never have done something like this before. Before i fell asleep I was telling myself now way this is going to work because my brain won’t shut up and I can barely concentrate. The fact that it worked and I didn’t even listen to the whole thing is crazy yet so magical. I had some questions answered which is awesome, but she told me to do something and I got distracted and forgot what I’m supposed to do. Uuuuhg, I’m definitely going to try again.
