RTX 3070 tested in 60 games ultra settings 1440p benchmarks!

dude quention, does 5600x still consider bottle neck rtx 3070 in competitive game like csgo, dota, valorant in 2k or no? i was thinking to save budget from 5700x into 5600x then grab new pair of ram since mine still on 2444mhz

2 years later with newest drivers i get 2-3 fps more with 3060ti and 3900x in 5 games that i play

Would have been nice to see some of those games ran at low. Like if you have 200 fps in Overwatch, then obviously it's pointless, but Cyberpunk at 40 something fps is not playable.
(or at least without RTX)

Hey Jegs, i have a question related to your display since i noticed yo are using a 32" 1440p one. Is it that bad in terms of sharpness 32" 1440p? Im planning of getting one of these because i want 32 inches but dont want to jump to 4k yet. How is your experince overall?

With a 2600x and a 3070 playing at 1440p, I dont think I will see much fps boost if upgrade to 5600x?

Very similar results. Some patches to Cyberpunk have made that run a little smoother at 1440 since then - though still not getting a steady 60 fps with everything turned on at 1440, Turning shadows, fog and motion blur down a little get 60fps plus with (to me) no discernible change in image quality.
In the 5 or 6 games I have on the same GPU and CPU are very similar to the results I'm getting.

on the example of Cyberpunk I can see that this PC build is not very good now in the end of 2022?
I'm going to buy this build
but play Baldur's Gate and Total war games,

Hey Jegs, have you personally noticed any change in blurriness reduction after switching from 1080p to 1440p? I have just personally visited a shop, was looking at 1080p 27" (not even common 24", yes) and 1440p 27" side by side and, honestly, haven't noticed any big difference. While, at the same time, my 1080p 24" looks quite blurry to me (that's why I am at all thinking about the replacement). Thank you kindly! And thanks for the test, of course, first of all.

Good thing I didn't trust those who said the RTX 3070 was a great card for 1440p, 144Hz.
This overpriced piece of trash can't even maintain 60FPS in some of those games.

I have the same setup , sadly I have to upgrade to 3080 12GB version because in some games VRAM is already a limiting factor :/ so compromises are needed and new games will be more likely to utilize even more... thinking about RT + DLSS+ Highest quality of textures in some games , DLSS eats up a lot of VRAM with RT and sadly Nvidia only gave us 8GB on a 3070 SMH

i love 1440p. not so hard on your eyes and preforms smoother than 4k with still good quality. before i used to use 4k all the time, swithed to 1440p 144hz monitor and 4k is just for movies and tv shows. 1440p ultra setting looks alot better than 4k nextgen console graphics. i own both ps5 and 3070, ultra setting at a lower resolution still suppior to consoles.
