ОтветитьReally enjoyed workout, thank you. There were few that "you do you" so I did. Though really enjoy doing them. Advice please, this may not be your area of expertise, though you may be able to offer suggestions, I have scoliosis (harrington rod) surgery was 12 yrs at time not 62yrs 1975, so no flexibility from shoulders through to coxis, after surgery was bedridden for 12 months so bone in leg able to regrow (bone graph for back, no physio in those days and I lived in Townsville QLD Australia, scoliosis was a foreign language to doctors! ). Have worked out to many of your videos, question is have you ever considered some specifically for scoliosis? Just a thought and thanks in advance regardless of answer. AND thanks again for all your videos.

ОтветитьAgain Lauren, I am so happy I found your channel because after 12-hour shifts at the hospital, sometimes a person just needs to come home and exercise in a way that makes her feel good and strong again instead of beat up. The hospital does enough beating up thank you very much! I love the Pilates workouts, and especially I love this Pilates stability ball workout. It is good sneaky fun! ❤

ОтветитьLove this. I’ve done it weekly for a couple of months. Definitely feeling the difference both core tone and waking up with less aches. Love that you have 10, 20 & 30 minutes routines so never an excuse that I don’t have enough time to exercise. Thank you 😊

ОтветитьThat was great!! On cardio days I like to double up with a partial stretchy, partial workout video, this one totally fits the bill👏🏻. A few ball moves I haven’t done before. That ab work while pressing the ball against the knees was killer!! I get so excited when I see a new video🎉
